Concert Rider

Quarterly Email Newsletter

Get devotionals, local concert schedule, prayer concerns, and more once every three months.

Please fill out this information so that I can have it all in one place leading up to our time together. Elements of this may have already been discussed on the phone, but having this written down will prevent confusion for your records and mine. Dealing with so many different venues every year, you can imagine how wires can get crossed.

OUR RECEIPT OF THIS INFORMATION IS YOUR CONFIRMATION TO US THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THAT WAS CONTAINED IN THE CONCERT RIDER. THIS IS NOT A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT; IT IS A GOODWILL GESTURE ENSURING ALL EXPECTATIONS AND REQUESTS FROM BOTH PARTIES HAVE BEEN DULY NOTED.

If you do not have all the answers, you may wait until closer to the event, but please be sure it is all pertinent questions are answered at least two weeks before the event.

First of all, here's all the information that you will need to know before tackling the form below.

Please save my number in your phone and share this with all involved staff.

   Transportation and Lodging

Our family travels in an unusual rig. It is a mini bus towing a travel trailer. The bus will fit in a normal parking spot, but with the travel trailer in tow, we are a whopping 56 feet. Depending on our schedule, we may be dropping the trailer elsewhere and commuting in the bus to the venue. If you feel that the height or length is a potential problem, let me know so I can work out the logistics before arrival.

If we have not been there before, please consider providing a screenshot of the satellite image of the venue and marking our parking area.

If this is an urban location, it has been necessary in the past to have someone hold parking spots with orange traffic clones or rope it off to reserve enough parking spots for our bus/travel trailer. In order to parallel park the full rig, it requires a minimum of 8 contiguous spaces to allow for maneuvering.

   Soundcheck and Product Display

We travel with our own sound set up, so the only reason we should need a sound tech on site is if we are giving you a direct feed from our mix for your livestream or if you have a real piano that is miked that we can plug into our system.

We travel with everything that we need to do our product display and can be extremely flexible in using what is available as well.

If there is room, our full‑blown display consists of an 8 ft. table, a 4 ft. table, and two floor banners on the sides. The total length can spread out 18 feet. However, in small spaces we can also economize and squeeze it onto whatever surface is open.

We will advertise the event in four ways:

Official website ~ Quarterly newsletter ~ BandsInTown App ~ Official Facebook Page

Required responces to confirm the booking are marked with an asterisk.

I am very aware that this takes a while to fill out, but I greatly appreciate your valuable time. I believe this will help both of us make this as fluid as possible. If you have any questions whatsoever, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.

We are in prayerful anticipation of our time together.

   In Christ,

Miles & Martha + Lillie, Charlie, Phoebe, Casey, Davy, & Callie
